Google Glass app- A Helping Tool for Autistic Children

A number of apps have been invented to make our search easier. In this series a new unique Google Glass app has been invented that is able to recognize interactive searches and provide the user with suitable responses in return to that. It is very easy and interesting to operate. Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a neuro-developmental disorder that causes problems with social communication and social interaction. This Google app will guide children with ASD in regular social interactions. It is found during trials that autistic children are able to use this new technology and they love to make interaction with the app. Technological devices are being used as a tool to motivate the special needs children. However, there is a major drawback of this technology that, while making interaction with computer, children become socially isolated. The goal of the app is not to keep children away from the society; rather it has the objective to make autistic children learn how to interact with other people in a simple way. It is not a replacement of human-to-human interactions. It teaches children how to socialise and be responsive to others by improving their own capabilities using various options available in app. It helps the conversation to flow naturally. It can increase existing face-to-face interventions to make services accessible in a timely and cost-effective way as well as increase the effectiveness of treatment.
