Expedition to Find the Lost Animals
Editorials News | May-03-2017
Many animals which have been unseen for decades now are being feared to be extinct. While some are now only available in the museum the others are only seen in the old photographs and paintings.
Researchers are saying that there is possibility that some of these species might be lurking in the remote parts of the world. To find these lost species, scientists are now getting on an interesting expedition. This campaign to search for the species was launched by Global Wildlife Conservation. The species concerned include the tiny Bull neck, the Himalayan quail, the Wondiwoi tree kangaroo, the pink-headed duck etc.
While some of the species are under the list of endangered species others also have been tagged as critically endangered, vulnerable and data deficient species. We hope that the scientists are successful in this expedition and find as many species as possible.
