India Won Kabaddi World Cup 2016

Team India has proved their talent by winning the Kabbadi World Cup 2016. Now the country is waiting to welcome the newly honored Kabaddi heroes. Team Iran, who defeated South Korea in the semi-final, faced India as their competitors in the final game and lost the battle.

The third time winner, team India was captained by Anup Kumar, on the other side the Iranian team was led by Meraj Sheykh, in the 2016 tournament. The Indian kabaddi team was including Mohit Chhillar, Manjeet Chhillar, Anup Kumar, Rahul Chaudhari and Rohit Kumar. Meanwhile, the Iranian team was having Fazel Atrachali as a defender and Soleiman Pahlevani serving as the base.

According to the highlights, Ajay Thakur helped the team to get the victory by beating team Iran with 38-29 in the Kabaddi World Cup final. The first half was being played in the favor of team Iran. However, in the second half Indian team played well by sending Iran’s two-star players to the bench early.

The game was held in Ahmedabad where 25-30 had got selected for team India before the match. The 2016 World Cup marked the presence of 12 teams such as the USA, Canada, Australia and Kenya and so on.
