Man-U Beat Sunderland 3-0

Manchester United on Sunday strolled to a big victory over the 10- man strugglers, Sunderland. With this win, they keep their hopes alive in the ongoing Premiere League. Sunderland was seen struggling against the visitors as one of their players, Seb Larsson was sent off the field. The hosts were reduced to 10 men just 2 minutes before the half break due to a red card.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored the first goal on the 30th minute to put United 1-0 up. The second goal came just 45 seconds after the break and United were 2-0 up in no time. It was Henrikh Mkhitaryan who played a deliberate shot and found the bottom left corner with his left foot.

Marcus Rashford, the substitute, added the third goal in a row for Manchester just before the final minute of the match. The goal was assisted by Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Sunderland now remain to be at the bottom of the points tally with 7 games in hand while Manchester United moved up to the 5th spot keeping their hopes alive in the league. Manchester now has just one game in hand and trail by 4 points to Manchester City who continue to be at number four.
