In the history of Basketball Palpreet Singh Brar is only the second player after Satnam Singh Bhamra to get a chance in NBA D-League. In an interview the second entrant into the NBA development League, Palpreet Singh Brar, said that India is “lagging far behind” in terms of quality coaches for elite hoopsters.
Currently, the player has completed his two months of training in the United States. After completing his two months training the Brar has realized the difference in standard of coaching in India and the Development League, said the player.
During a conference call with Indian media he said, “For the next one and half years, I would like to train well and do well in the D-League. Palpreet is the second hoopster after Satnam Singh Bhamra to get an opportunity in NBA D-League, NBA India’s nationwide talent hunt.
