A Gym Instructor is a person who is certified in teaching people various techniques of achieving fitness through different kinds of exercises. A gym instructor should have a very good knowledge about the working of the human body specially the different muscle groups, bones and joints to help one reach his or her fitness goal with minimum of injury. He/she also has to have good understanding of different people with different metabolic profile. Apart from the exercise techniques Gym instructors are also trained for first aid, dealing with small injuries, diet plan etc.
