It was attended by two chief guests Mr Shashikant Dixit, B.A. / LLB from Bhagpat, Uttar Pradesh, an experienced lawyer. He has also spent some valuable time at the court and then he joined politics and social services to explore his knowledge. Welcome song was presented by the students of class 7th. The students performed on various items such as Dance, Drama as well as small debates. The hard work of students could be easily captured as the entire function was beautifully presented. After the welcome song, a welcome speech was presented by the school Chairperson, Mr R. B Yadav. After the welcome speech, a beautiful dance drama was performed by the tiny tots. One by one each class performed their prepared items with enthusiasm. The performances were appreciated by the attendees. Additionally, more than 160 students were dressed in colorful attires. Not only this, the highlight of the day was a play which was based on save girl child, ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao’. Another dance performance, prepared by nursery students, was awareness towards saving animals from cruel activities which were presented in the form of a dance drama- ‘Prem Se Humko Jeene Do’. Other activities such as Nati from Himachal Pradesh, Bhangra from Punjab, Dandiya from Gujarat were the attraction of the programme.
Annual Day is known as one of the most awaited occasion for every school. The day was full of excitement as various activities happened at the place. Many students participated in the cultural program as well as those who did not participate were happy to have a study free day in school. The entire venue was decorated with balloons, pictures national flag by the students under the guidance of school faculty.
The function was ended with the Headmistress’ (Mrs. Shilpi Yadav) vote of thanks to the chief guests and the parents for sparing their valuable time to be in the school.
The last to come was the National Anthem, to the tune of which, all those who were a present stood in attention then there was a controlled movement towards the exit.
