Is the News That Your Child is Reading Genuine?

With news present to them at every instant sometimes it becomes difficult for the children to differentiate between what is really true and what is not. Every child today has a digital access to all things. This makes them updated with the events of the world.

But it has been observed that most of the times children are not sure if the news that they are reading is genuine or not. Instead of trusting the source they tend to verify what they read with their parents and teachers. This makes the parents liable to ensure that whatever the child learns is authentic. It was also noticed that children aged between 10-12 mostly preferred parents and teachers as the source of news unlike the teenagers who favoured the social networks to obtain information.

Parents need to ensure that whatever they or the web delivers to the child is verified and does not fill in the minds of the children with brutality and hostile feeling towards anyone.
