As per recent reports, the number of Indian students studying in the UK has seen a dip after a clamp down on bogus colleges. Against this, the UK government has increased the number of scholarships to woo students. The British government has 59 undergraduate and 232 postgraduate scholarships in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales.

Here is a list of some scholarships being offered to study in the UK. This is not an exhaustive list.

  • British Chevening Scholarships: It provides full or part funding to international students for full-time graduate programmes in any subject. It is funded by the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office and other partner organizations. For more information, log on to
