1. Identify your limiting beliefs.

Begin by identifying the ideas that impede your growth. Consider ambitions you want to pursue but are unable to attain. Write down the reasons behind these emotions, since they frequently indicate underlying limiting beliefs.

2. Challenge the Beliefs.

Once discovered, challenge the veracity of these ideas. Consider if they are founded on facts or just impressions. Consider data that opposes these ideas and investigate how they may have kept you from opportunities.

3. Replace with positive affirmations.

Transform your limiting thoughts into empowered affirmations. For example, instead of "I am not good at public speaking," say "I am improving my public speaking skills every day." Consistently repeating these affirmations can help transform your mentality and increase self-confidence.

4. Seek Support.

5. Practice mindfulness and journaling.
