A Sign Language interpreter is a person who interprets spoken language into signs to help people who are hearing impaired or Speech impaired or both. They help people with these disabilities to communicate, which can either be one on one or in a group setting. Modern technologies are also in use to provide interpretation from a remote location.
Working environments of interpreters and translators varies everywhere. Interpreters get an opportunity to work in a variety of settings, such as hospitals, courtrooms, and conference centers. They are required to travel to the site-whether it is in a neighboring town or on the other side of the world-where their services are needed.
