With over 27 years of experience in the field of teaching and education, Ms. Rama Kartik currently the Principal of Belpahar English Medium School, Odisha has laid a strong foundation of excellence, determination, resilience, and constant commitment to providing her contribution to the field of education. She is also the current President, OAICSE, the Association of Odisha ICSE Schools, and is the Ex-President, All India Association of ICSE Schools. She has an enriching experience in administration, as evident from her responsibilities in leadership positions like Senior Secondary Incharge, Vice-Principal as well as the Principal of the school. With an excellent academic and professional background, she is not only an avid reader, follows music, takes immense interest in debates, quizzes, and creative writing but is also fluent in five languages.

With a rich experience in English Language Training, she has trained in the CBSE ELT program, paper setting, and evaluation (1994-1997). She has also served as a resource person in English Language Training Workshops in over 35 schools in Odisha and Chattisgarh. Her ardent skills in teaching and education are highly evident with her rich experience in academics, skills training, and her contribution to other education-related activities.

Pooja Bose is an Educationist with a passion for teaching and training as a priority. With experience of more than 25 years, she is heading a 37-year-old CBSE school and laminating the quality deliberations both as a leader and an educator. She has been associated with a wide chain of schools including the Delhi Public Schools, KR Mangalam, and the TATAs' Consumer Products Ltd.

Currently, she heads a school in the Munnar Region of Kerala with over 1000 enrolments of the CSR initiative of the TATA Global Beverages Ltd. Her passion is to enhance the educational experiences of the students of her school, who despite economic constraints, have been provided with best learning experiences.

She has been an avid public speaker and a vociferous advocate of progressive education. She has been a panelist in several National events and awarded numerous awards like the American Leadership Board’s Award, The Passionate Educator Awards by SEAS Global Women Awardees, The Edufeed Award as an outstanding panelist, The Edutalk Panelist Award. She has presented her paper in the Army Institute of Education on the partnership model between schools and teacher training institutes.

Her paper titled, “The changing Paradigms and roles of a school and Principal in the wake of Global awakening of the students as a strong societal force" has been accepted by the International Centre for Research and Development. It was presented at the Third Asia-Pacific Conference on Education, Teaching & Technology 2020 on 19th and 20th November 2020 at National University of Singapore Society, Singapore. She has been participating as a panelist and presenter in various events, webinars, and conferences, sharing her knowledge with school Leaders and educators. She gives a series of talks in various organizations and NGOs responsible for upliftment and encouragement for women entrepreneurs.

She also publishes papers and articles related to education and more currently, digital learning tools. She believes in learning as a lifelong opportunity to enhance one’s personality. Her attributes include teacher training, deliberations, public talks, and school quality assurance. She has been recognized for her achievements by numerous educational institutions and is known for her dynamic approach to education. She champions the cause of equitable education and new learning models. Ms. Pooja has double Masters’ degree in English Literature and Education. She is also a certified English language Trainer from Cambridge University.

Brigadier Mothi George Jacob retired from the Indian Army after 35 years of spotless service after which he joined Tashi Namgyal Academy, Gangtok as the Principal and Director in May 2019. While in the Army, he was on the teaching faculty of Defence Services Staff College, Wellington twice covering a span of six years apart from Army Air Defence College for three years.

While he was the head of Army School in Ludhiana, he was involved in its transformation and up-gradation. He has been on the management board of Kendriya Vidyalaya at Bharatpur in Rajasthan and Dhar in J & K. Apart from that he part-owns an Aided School in his home town in Kerala.

Apart from being a Post Graduate and an MPhil, he is also qualified for the PG Diploma Programme from IIM Ahmedabad.

Dr. Stanzin Dawa has 20 years of significant experience in the education and development sector. He is a trainer, mentor, motivational speaker, development professional. In his mission to continually impact the lives of people, he empowered thousands of young people, development professionals, and academia from over 50 countries. He is an unstoppable spirit who believes every individual is born unique and original to achieve greatness. His positive thinking and approach towards life is amazing. He has made significant contributions in transforming potential youth into high performance youth leaders. Prior to his association with Lamdon School he has worked with a broad range of national and international organizations under different capacities.

He served as Assistant Director Programmes of British Council India, Regional Director of Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, Programme Manager of Commonwealth Secretariat, Programme Manager of Family Health International (FHI), Programme Manager of Population Foundation of India (PFI), Project Manager of ADRA India and Advocacy Officer of International HIV/AIDS Alliance. Over his career, he has designed and managed multifaceted projects and provided technical assistance in a range of areas to government and non-government organizations: education, policy, programmes management, scaling up, capacity building, advocacy, monitoring, evaluation, networking, knowledge management, community mobilization, communication, strategic planning, partnership management, conflict resolution, resource mobilization, participatory learning appraisal (PLA) and institution development.

He holds a PhD Degree in Gender and HIV, Master Degree in Peace Studies, Master Degree in Sociology, and PG Diploma in Health. He is a University Gold Medalist for academic excellence and won many awards for his outstanding work.

Dr. Anita Sharma, Principal S.D. Public School Pitampura has been a great contributor to the field of education. Having over 25 years of experience in the field, Dr. Anita began her career with Mathematics in July 1990 and served various important roles in her way forward. She has also been giving her contribution to the Central Board of Secondary Education since 2008. From being Ideator International Curriculum, Mathematics, CBSE International (CBSE-i), Member Curriculum Committee Mathematics to Teacher Training, she is a recognized face in the CBSE.

She has trained more than 10,000 Principals and Teachers of CBSE affiliated schools on CCE, CBSE International Curriculum, and Mathematics from various parts of the country and Middle-East. Taking on important leadership roles like Member of Governing Body, Kasturi Ram College, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, and National Coordinator at Bhartiya Shiksha Board she has proven her resilience and excellence. She is also a visiting faculty at the University of Delhi.

Adding another golden feather to her cap, she has also been recently nominated by the Ministry of Education, Government of India as the Member of the General Counsel, National Council of Educational Research & Training (NCERT).

With over 25 years of transformative work in education, Dr Amrita Vohra is a passionate learner and educator currently serving in a dual role as Director Education for GEMS Education, India and Executive Principal for GEMS International School, Gurgaon.

A PhD in English Literature and a certified Program Leader for Cambridge Professional Development Qualifications for teachers and school leaders, she has been a faculty for under-graduate and post-graduate programs in Women’s Studies, Literature, Feminist Literary Criticism, Women and Child Psychology and Business Communication. She has contributed various articles and research papers to a wide variety of professional publications and her personal blog www.pindropsilence.in is widely appreciated by educators and mothers. Her key research interests are women and child psychology, pedagogy, assessment, inclusive education, teacher professional development, curriculum design, school improvement, quality assurance, early childhood and theatre in education.

She has helped setup and led various schools as a Principal, school improvement advisor as Head of Academic Research and Training and later as the Head of Professional Development and Quality Assurance and also as an active member of the GEMS Global Education team working with institutions like Educomp Solutions, Global Classroom and GEMS Education. She also led holistic school development planning as the Head of Education Quality Programme with Chicago-based global non-profit organization, Opportunity International, to support budget / affordable private schools. Her experience as an educator cuts across various aspects of K-12 and Higher Education from curriculum design to quality assurance, from very affordable to niche progressive schools, from green-field and at-risk to premium schools.

Dr. Ragini Kaul is an academically enriched educationist with a rich academic and administrative experience; offering an illustrious career spanning 20+ years in various branches of Delhi Public School,as Head Mistress & second in command & 9 years as Principal and have been the recipient of Best Teacher Award in 2005 by the Chief Minister of Delhi – Smt. Shiela Dixit and the prestigious Dr. S. Radakrishnean Memorial National Teachers Award in 2007& 2008, National award for the best outstanding Principal for contribution to encouraging curriculum concept application in real life into the school’s pedagogy by India Today Educational excellence Award. She is an accomplished trainer and a mentor with a sound track record of creative scholastic achievements. She has demonstrated expertise in planning, organizing, coordinating and monitoring all types of curricular and co-curricular activities for the overall development personality of students.
