A Super Big Black Hole Has Been Discovered

It has been found that the most distant black hole ‘Quasar’ is 800 million times the mass of our sun. Scientists are saying that is the farthest black hole ever found.

A report has been given by a team led by the Carnegie Observatories’ Eduardo Banados. This has been reported in the journal ‘Nature’. The report says that the black hole lies in a quasar dating to 690 million years of the Big Bang. This implies that the light from this quasar has been traveling our path for more than 13 billion years. A unique baby picture of the universe is provided by quasar, said Bnadaos. He also added that the picture was of then, when it was just 5 percent of its current age. According to Banados, it’s like seeing photos of a 50 year old man when he was two and a half years old. He also said in an email from Pasadena, California that this finding opens up an exciting new window to understand the early universe.
