Sports is such a thing which is fun for the students and at the same time, it helps in maintaining fitness for them. Students are at such a time in their lives where they have a lot of pending energy within themselves. Sports give them a medium to channel their energy positively. Sports doesn't just help them to stay fit physically, it also help in their mental and emotional fitness. Including sports from a young age in their life, helps them to develop a habit of exercise which will be beneficial for them in the future to maintain a proactive routine and life. Students are always expected to do well in their academic life, but sports is a career in itself and it should be made a part of the academic as well.
