A Lot of Changes Comes in Jamshedpur FC in 2018-2019

In Indian Super League, Jamshedpur FC, made their debut in the previous edition as their owners (Tata Steel) won bidding rights for one of the two expansion slots, the other one being won by Bengaluru FC.

Last season, the coach for Jamshedpur, Stephen James Coppell will be seen playing his trade with the Red and Whites, ATK. Last season, the Men of steel just allowed 18 goals. They are the 2nd lowest by any team. Still, they were also joint the 2nd lowest goal scorers as they managed to score 16 only. Since then, a lot has changed and Jamshedpur FC will be hopeful with more high-energy matches in the upcoming ISL season.

Amarjit Singh Kiyam (captain of the U-17 team), U-17 World Cup Indian stalwarts and Aniket Jadhav were signed by the Men of Steel but in this season, they won't be seen doing Jamshedpur FC colors as they were loaned to the AIFF to play for Indian Arrows in a bid to groom them further. 

For the upcoming season, Midfielder Bikash Jairu, center-back Pratik Chaudhuri, defenders Raju Gaikwad, Dhanachandra Singh, goalkeeper Subhasish Roy Chowdhury, and Sanjay Balmuchu, Spanish trio of Carlos Calvo, Pablo Morgado, and Sergio Cidoncha, are the promising new additions to the Tata Steel-owned club. On 2nd October, Jamshedpur FC will begin their campaign this season against Mumbai City FC.
