
Covid-19: Precautions You Must Take

COVID 19 pandemic situation is spread worldwide and is causing a huge number of deaths. Protection against this disease is really important. But first let’s know something about it. COVID 19 is caused from a manmade virus acalled coronavirus. Till date, there is no licenced medication against this virus. This deadly virus can spread from person to person. If an infected person coughs, sneezes or comes in contact of a healthy person or the healthy person inhales the air with virus droplets, then he or she can also get infected.
The symptoms of COVID 19 are similar to the symptoms of fever. Headache, body ache, cough, high body temperature, sore throat, runny nose and breathing difficulty are the main symptoms of COVID 19.
What are the main precautions and preventions from COVID 19?
- Don’t go out unnecessarily even if unlock has started because unlock doesn’t mean that virus is finished.
- Always maintain a 3 feet distance whenever outside for something urgent.
- Wash your hands thoroughly with a virus protection hand wash for at least one minute as this kills the virus.
- If outside, sanitize your hands regularly with an alcohol-based sanitizer.
- Quarantine yourself if you feel any of the symptoms mentioned above.
- Wear a mask or cover your nose and mouth with a cloth to prevent virus transmission.
- If you use elevators in your society then don’t forget to press the floor number button with a tissue, paper or a stick.
- Download the ‘arogya setu’ app launched by the Indian government for the latest information regarding this virus.
- And at last; stay home, stay safe and also stay positive.
