Cristiano Ronaldo Penalty Helps Juventus

Cristiano Ronaldo has scored his first Juventus goal since the month of October to rescue a 2-2 Serie A draw against team of Sassuolo in Turin, as the Italian champions who dropped points for only third time this season.

Leonardo Bonucci has fired Juve into the lead in the first half, but due to an exquisite finish from Sassuolo winger Jeremie Boga has levelled the scores just for three minutes later before Francesco Caputo has put the visitors in front after the break following a defensive mix-up and also an error by keeper Gianluigi Buffon.

Ronaldo has also netted from the penalty spot midway through the second half for ending his four-match goal drought in all competitions and deny Sassuolo became their first ever win in this fixture.

Inter leapfrogs Juventus to top Serie A

In the recent times, Inter Milan moved above Juventus to the top of the Serie A table with an amazing 2-1 win at home to SPAL thanks to a Lautaro Martinez double on recent Sunday.

The Argentina international struck with a low finish into the corner and then headed in his second goal before half-time to take his tally for the season to 13 in all of the competitions.

SPAL pulled one back in the second half which came through a moment of individual brilliance from Mattia Valoti, but Inter hung on to take advantage of Juventus dropping points by drawing 2-2 against Sassuolo earlier that day.

The game of other matches is as follows; Ciro Immobile has retained his position at the top of the goal scoring charts which after netting two in Lazio's 3-0 win over Udinese.

The Italy forward has secured scores of 17 league goals this season which is seven more than Inter's Romelu Lukaku, who is second in the overall standings.
