  Day 2 of RBCL 2019

Oct.22nd, 2019 was a day filled with excitement and competition and enthusiasm could be felt in the air. The second day of Ramjas Basketball Champions League saw a total of fourteen knockout matches in which, the participants tried their level best to qualify for the next round.

The first match in boy’s category was between Scottish High school and Ramjas School, RK Puram.

The match ended with Scottish High earning an impressive triumph over Ramjas R.K. Puram with a score of 22-6.

Laxman Public School, Hauz Khas and Montfort, Ashok Vihar had the second match in the sub junior category, boys. Montfort won the match by leading with an unbeatable score of 32-4.

The first match in girl’s category was between D.P.S, Vasundhara Ghaziabad and Sachdeva Public school, Pitampura. The match ended with Sachdeva Public, Pitampura claiming their victory with a score of 3-14.

The second match in girl’s category between Amity International School, Noida and DPS, Ghaziabad turned out to be one-sided. The girls of Amity International won the match by being the vanquisher with an amazing score of 36-13.

The third match in sub junior category, girl’s was between Scottish high, Gurugram and Shivnadar, Faridabad.  Shivnadar, Faridabad became the ultimate winner of the match with an amazing score of 10-0

In the sixth match in the sub juniors  category, girls, Step by Step school, Noida played neck to neck with Army Public School, Noida who won by a score of 20-17.

In the seventh match, the sub junior boys of Bal Bharati, Ganga Ram Hospital Marg celebrated their win over Bharat National Public School with a score of 33-4.

In the eighth match of sub junior category, Girls of Amity International, Noida succeeded to qualify for the next match after beating G.D Goenka with 14-4

The girls of the host school Ramjas, R.K.Puram, celebrated their amazing victory over Ahlcon School, Mayur Vihar at the end of the ninth match with a score of 18 against 8.

In the tenth match in sub junior girl’s category, Vivekananda School, Anand Vihar proved to be the winner over LPS, Hauz Khas with a slight margin of 6 against 4.

The next two matches in boys category turned out to be one sided. While National Education Mission School enjoyed victory over Heritage School with an unbeatable score of 32-4, The Sri Ram School, Vasant Vihar celebrated their accomplishment over Ahlcon International School with an indefensible score of 28-0.

The thirteenth match in boy’s category ended with SBS, Noida earning a triumph over Manav Bhavna, Burari with a score of 18-11

Last but not the least, the fourteenth and final match of the day saw yet another spectacular win of the Sri Ram School by 12-6, over the girls of National Education Mission and their victory marked the end of a rigorous and interesting day.
