Discipline in Public Life

Discipline is one of those values in life that give direction to life. It adds joy and harmony to life. Discipline in life guides us to try to do the proper things and helps us to be morally upright. Discipline is among those ideas that a family, a society, and a rustic expect us to follow within the larger interest of life.

Society, society, and religion were evolved by man to cause discipline to anarchist conditions within the society. Without the evolution of those institutions, it's hard to consider discipline. Indiscipline may be a core of law and order in a society that results in the event of civilizations within society's interest. A life without discipline will become chaotic and disastrous because indisciplined life poses an excellent threat to law and society.

Discipline for countries like India is the most immediate pre-requisite to economic, social, and political progress. Within the present context, indiscipline is all-pervasive in society. Negligence within the performance of duty by paid public servants, teachers, doctors should make us stay up and do some serious, heart-searching. The steady decline in discipline among elected representatives of individuals is a deplorable fact of our public life. They use their rights more to defy the principles of discipline than to follow the trail of dharma that results in duty performance. Unprincipled alignments, defections, floor crossings are painful reminders of the near-collapse of discipline publicly life.

There's a total loss of useful based life. Responsibility towards one's goal of life is lacking in every field. A responsible person would follow a disciplined way of life and he is going to be prompted to take care, reliable, and efficient. Responsi¬bility means, involvement in a dutiful way of life for the betterment of humanity. it's no exaggeration to mention that discipline comprises many ingredients of life.

Brotherhood may be a common bond of discipline among the citizens. A disciplined life is led as long as we recognize the rights of others and follow our duties. Looking after our surroundings, the environment comprising air, water, soil, animal world, etc. is a component and parcel of public life discipline. Concern for the environment is an indispensable ingredient of discipline because it prompts us to steer life within norms laid down by society. Further, sympathy makes us share the afflictions and distress of others. In other words feelings of sympathy inculcate love for others, that's the antithesis of violence and indiscipline in life.
During a period, a civilized society expects all folks to abide by simple rules of peaceful living lest the emotions of fellow beings should be hurt. Therefore, discipline may be a comprehensive sort of life—it touches all aspects of human life. Accordingly, the necessity of discipline is imperative during a civilized society.
The most important point is that discipline has relevance to each field of life, be it family, school, society, or public life. Lack of discipline in any institution results in disorder and violent attitude on the part f people. Administration in society breaks down & there's a shift in moral values. Unethical practices settle in society.
All may become a sufferer. There is no substitute for discipline in life.
