Gaurav Gill the Winner of Formula One World Championship

Here is good news for all the Indian out there. India’s Gaurav Gill has successfully achieved the winner’s trophy in the FIA Asia Pacific Rally Championship. This is the first time where an Indian has got this trophy. He has appeared as a champion in the Coffee Day India Rally, as per the reports.

That is not all this is the sixth time that Gaurav has won in the APRC this season. Along with his current triumph, Gaurav has received success in other countries such as New Zealand, Australia, China, Japan and Malaysia.

The 35-year-old Gill is also known as a champion driver who has become the first Delhi-based person who has won all rounds of an FIA championship on way to annexing the title. Before this title, the Delhi-based champion Gaurav has already received his maiden triumph in 2013. With the current triumph, Gill has showcased his driving prowess and had a lot to spare at the finish while clocking three hours, 39 minutes, 37.9 seconds over 17 Special Stages.
