
India Hockey Team Won Women’s Asian Champions Trophy

The time has come to celebrate the triumph of Indian Women hockey team, in Asian Champions Trophy. The final match, which was played between India and China, brought good luck for the Indian team. Deepika Thakur came out to be a game changer as she turned the match in the favor of India at the last moment.
Deepika shifted the bounce back in from a penalty corner in the 60th minute of the game. India has been honored with a victory by the Women’s hockey team. As per the reports, Deepika changed the final match by scoring the highest numbers. It was ‘do or die’ situation for India but team India was ready to turn the fortune by their side.
Deepika Thakur converted an amazing goal within 30 seconds and went for the final hooter during the tournament. Hockey India has declared a cash prize of Rs 2 lakh each for the players and chief coach Neil Hawgood to honor the triumph. Along with this other cash prices has also been announced, such as Rs 1 lakh for the other support staff and Rs 1 lakh for Deepika, the highest Scorer.
