India showed a remarkable attacking potential that has stretched the Irish defenders right from the start as the forward line made potential swoop into the striking circle.

In the final quarter, India has given a powerful attack. They were awarded a PC that was well-converted by Gurjit Kaur who was the highest goal scorer for India.
An elated chief coach of the Indian women’s hockey team
He said that she is proud of the team because playing six matches in nine days can be very difficult and the last two matches were played without our skipper Rani who has a shoulder strain, said Sjoerd Marijne.
He told that the team was particularly good on the day as they controlled the whole match and had them in their circle only six times. They have played a good structure, with good disciplined hockey.
He concluded that one of the things that they have improved in this tour is personal leadership and taking responsibility. He is not only seeing the score, it’s good to win 3-0 but he is happy with individual performances.
Earlier, India had leveled the four-match series against hosts Spain. By winning gloriously against the World cup silver medalists Ireland, the team has proved that it is one of the strongest women’s hockey team across the world.
