
India’s Entry in the Basketball Arena

With the selection of 24 children in the NBA Elite Training Centre launched recently in Delhi, the future of the Indian basketball team looks bright. The 24 children who have got this wonderful opportunity come from a poor background and have been battling poverty and distress for a long time. Now their dreams will come true because they will be coached by the renowned personalities from the world of basketball.
The institute will have courses running for three years and will be providing the players with an overall development. The courses will work towards improving not just the player’s game but also their lifestyle so as to make them perfect in all aspects. The academy will also arrange for scholarships and education for these students so that their dreams are not hindered in any way.
The selected players have the finest skills and hope to play for India some day. We hope the academy will guide them towards their goals.
