Kentucky Basketball Team Need to Put Some Listed Efforts to be Back in Top 5

Kentucky has its men's basketball team named as Wildcats, which is an American college basketball team which therefore represents the University of Kentucky. Kentucky is the most successful NCAA Division I basketball program in history in terms of both all-time winning percentage (.764) and all-time wins (2,263).

The Kentucky Wildcats are currently coached by John Calipari. From the very start, the Kentucky’s basketball group had featured several successful and notable players, both on the professional level and the collegiate level. Kentucky team holds the record for the most NBA Draft picks (3) and the most NBA Draft selections (125). The Kentucky Wildcats have also been led by many successful head coaches, including Rick Pitino, Eddie Sutton, Adolph Rupp,  Tubby Smith, Joe B. Hall and John Calipari. Kentucky is the only basketball team with 5 different NCAA Championship coaches (Smith, Calipari, Rupp, Hall, Pitino). The Kentucky Wildcats are currently at 8-2, as they haven't got the kind of start they desired for. Kentucky was ranked high at second spot while stepping into the season and but currently holding No. 19 in the AP Poll. Kentucky's win over Utah by 88-61 is probably its most lavish performance of the current season counted as Johnson's best game as he scored 24 points on just nine shot attempts. So to mark up the rank in AP poll Johnson need to perform better over time. Kentucky basketball team has developed a substance of helping over as there to help time and again is important too. As defenders of the team are getting broken down because they dribble easily but the defense is too weak. The main reason is that Kentucky's offense has been good all over the time. The Wildcats retrieve 43 % of the one they miss, which if ranked, they are third in the country. Travis, Richards, Montgomery and Washington are all plus offensive rebounders. Another bad news comes for Kentucky is that Quade Green has announced that he was leaving Kentucky. He is a 6-foot heighted point guard from the northern region of Philadelphia; he averaged brilliantly at 8.0 points and 2.3 assists in the current season for Kentucky, shooting 42.3 percent of his shots from 3-point range. This may be a setback for Kentucky but there is lot more to achieve and improve for the enlightened team.
