KL Rahul Got Double Hundred on the Third Day of the Fourth Test

KL Rahul has become a favorite name in every Indian house after scoring 199 on the third day of the fourth Test against England in Chennai. During an interview the batsman said, it was the pressure of reaching the milestone that became his downfall. KL Rahul scored 199 scored where he was short of one run to achieve his maiden double hundred. As per the reports, KL Rahul is the ninth batsman in the world to be dismissed at 199.

During an interview Rahul said, the day was going good. The things were working in his favor and suddenly the pressure of getting a double hundred got to him. The player also added that 199 scores are not easy to achieve. While asked about the current state of mind Rahul admitted that there is some amount of sadness.

However he promised he will go back home happy that he got a 199 crucial runs for the team.
