
Novak Djokovic Hires Radek Stepanek as New Coach

Novak Djokovic is a Serbian professional tennis player. He was born on 22 May 1987 in Belgrade, SR Serbia, Yugoslavia. He is widely regarded as the greatest tennis players of all time. He is the first Serbian player to be ranked No. 1 by the ATP and the also the first male player representing Serbia to win a Grand Slam singles title.
He has won many awards including the 2012, 2015, and 2016 Laureus World Sports Award for Sportsman of the Year, 2011 BBC Overseas Sports Personality of the Year, five-time ITF World Champion, and four-time ATP year-end number 1. On Thursday, November 30, 2017, Djokovic announced that former top-10 player Radek Stepanek, will act as his new coach. He made this official through a joint appearance of the two on Instagram Live. Radek Stepanek is a retired tennis player from the Czech Republic. His best singles ranking was world No. 8 and best doubles ranking was world No. 4. He backed a bronze medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics in mixed doubles.
It is still not clear that how the coaching duties will be divided between Stepanek and Andre Agassi, who began working with Djokovic on a part- time basis at the French Open in May. Some of the other coaches of Djokovic include Marian Vajda, and Boris Becker.
