Nutritious Diet for Rural India
Editorials News | Mar-13-2021
As everyone knows that India is a developing country, Here many people were enrolled in earning money for feeding their families. Here a question arises that is a monthly income of a middle-class person is enough for the health and nutrition of his family because a rich class man can afford anything he wants in his food. He surely took care of his health and nutrition. But when it comes to the lower class and middle class, they can't afford highly nutritious food. From there they have to fulfill their body requirements that are energy, proteins, vitamins, and carbohydrates. The person of the lower class can fulfill his body requirements by eating domestic things which provide him nutrients and energy, that is he can take pulses, seasonal vegetables, groundnuts, seasonal fruits, etc. which are easily affordable by them. And for the middle-class person, energy and carbohydrates are very important in his daily food. He can fulfill his body requirements by eating cheese in his breakfast, by drinking juice of seasonal fruits, or by drinking milk for breakfast, by eating salad. He can eat chapati and seasonal mixed veg in his lunch, which provides him enough protein and energy. These things are easily affordable by them. And the best nutritious diet for rural India is seasonal vegetables and fruits because they are not very costly and are easily available and also provide essential nutrients, proteins, and vitamins that a human body needs. The diet in rural India is based on work. For example, if a person works as a laborer at a construction site, he needs more proteins and energy than a person working in a company as an accountant which requires mental health. A person who works in a company needs more vitamins and carbohydrates which makes his mental health strong.
