Leela Kids is a very straightforward app developed for children that will make parents crazy about it. This app covers age ranges from 3 to 15 years old. The app provides a children-friendly interface to every child. The app is really age – appropriate and the content is reasonably edifying.
This app is useful for caretakers and gives them peace of mind. It was ranked top in the Taiwanese App Store’s kid’s category. Taiwanese parents started downloading it as an English-learning tool. It was developed by Santa Clara, California based Leela Labs. It is now available for Android. Leela Labs launched it last year to find excellent ways of listening to podcasts. The main app, Leela, now consists of about four million episodes from across 30,000 podcasts. The Leela Kids hosts about 5,000 episodes from roughly 80 podcasts.
Sandeep Jain is the founder and CEO of Leela Labs. He told that he became interested in podcasts after someone suggested him for an episode of A16Z. The suggestion came while he was researching online market places.
