
Precautions to Be Taken From Coronavirus

There is a spread of the Coronavirus in our country too. More than 94,000 people are infected from the virus around the world and the virus has claimed more than 3,222 lives. There is no treatment of the deadly virus yet. The most important thing to know that coronavirus does not spread in the air. It is transmissible virus and spreads through the person to person contact about 1.8 meters. Some coronaviruses can live on the surface for days. To kill those coronaviruses, ethanol, hydrogen-peroxide or bleach-based cleaners are effective.
There are certain precautions that should be taken to prevent coronavirus.
1. Wash your hands with soap or running water, when hands are visibly dirty. If possible, wash it with alcohol-based hand-rub soap or water.
2. Take at least 20 seconds to wash your hands.
3. Sanitize your hands frequently with the sanitizer.
4. Avoid touching eyes, mouth or nose unnecessarily.
5. Avoid close contact from the people who are suffering from cold, cough or fever.
6. When coughing and sneezing cover your mouth with the tissue. Wash your hands immediately after throwing away the tissue.
7. If you do not have the tissue at the moment, then flex your elbow or tissue.
8. After handling animals or animal's waste, wash your hands.
9. If you feel unwell, then stay at home. Even the mild symptoms such as headache and slightly runny nose.
10. Avoid crowds, because you might know who is sick.
11. While travelling-
• eat simply well-cooked food
• Avoid spitting in public.
• Avoid pets who are sick.
• If you become sick, then inform the crew and seek medical care early
12. For food-
• Animals who are sick and that have died of diseases should not be eaten.
• Meat products can be safely consumed if the items are cooked thoroughly and properly handled during the food preparation.
• For raw meat and cooked foods, use different chopping boards and knives Wash your hands before cooking.
