Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel

Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel was the former deputy prime minister of India. His full name was Sardar Vallabhbhai Jhaverbhai Patel. He was born in Nadiad (Gujarat), India on October 31, 1875. He was popularly known as Sardar Patel. His father's name was "Jhaverbhai Patel". His mother's name was "Laad Bai". His siblings were Dahiba, Kashibhai, Narsibhai, Somabhai, Vithalbhai Patel. His wife's name was Jhaverba Patel. Sardar Patel is known as the Iron man of India. He was awarded by Bharat Ratna Award. His slogan was

"Take to the path of dharma" – the path of truth and justice. He was an Indian barrister and statesman, one of the leaders of the Indian National Congress during the struggle for Indian independence. He is also remembered as the "patron saint of India's civil servants. He was a successful lawyer. Patel was the first chairman and founder of "Edward Memorial High School" Borsad, today known as Jhaverbhai Dajibhai Patel High School. The Statue of Unity is the World's Tallest Monument, which was built in memory of Sardar Patel. Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel is known as the 'Iron Man of India' for his great commitment to national integration. The "statue of unity" was a tribute to Sardar Patel by Prime minister "Narendra Modi" on his 70th death Anniversary. He was born in a Gujarati family in the village of Karamsad, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel was the fourth of the six children of his father, Jhaveribhai. Born in a Gujarati family, Patel was academically trained to become a lawyer. He died on 15 December 1950, at the age of 75.
