Control and coordination are key processes in human beings that play a vital role in maintaining homeostasis, facilitating mobility, and assuring effective functioning of the body.

1. Maintenance Of Homeostasis:
Control and coordination processes assist maintain a steady internal environment, known as homeostasis. This entails managing different physiological characteristics such as body temperature, blood pH, blood glucose levels, and electrolyte balance. Control and coordination systems, notably the neural and endocrine systems, work together to detect changes in these parameters and activate appropriate reactions to restore balance.

2. Control Of Bodily Functions:
Control and coordination systems enable the control and coordination of numerous bodily functions. The nervous system, comprised of the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves, permits quick communication and control between different regions of the body.
