As the most loved Indian wrestler, Sushil Kumar 34, we bring some unknown and hidden facts of his life. A boy from a small village in Najafgarh, Delhi, was born on May 26, 1983. Sushil Kumar Solanki, popular as Sushil Kumar was first touched the fame and reorganization after he won a bronze medal in the 2008
Coming from a reserved background, he was inspired by his cousin and father to choose wrestling. His family members provided him with all the necessities that he needed in order to make sure that he succeed as a wrestler.
Sushil started off as a promising wrestler in the junior level and went on to win a gold medal at the Asian Junior Wrestling Championship. However, he came into limelight after the victory at Beijing Olympics where he achieved a bronze medal.
He has come a long way while crossing the dusty akharas of Najafgarh. He led the Indian contingent to the 2012 London Olympics. His journey was started at the age of 15 since then he has been making the country proud.
Kumar won medals at most of the major tournaments that he participated in following his performance in Beijing and went on to become the flag bearer for India at the 2012 London Olympics. However, these are few chunks of his beautiful journey and he has a long way to go to make
