Virat Kohli: The Journey Of A Cricket Legend

In his most recent Instagram videos, ViratKohli shared a video of him on instagram reliving his life story and incredible journey as a cricket superstar. ViratKohli's journey from a teenage prodigy to being captain of the Indian cricket team has been magical and worth celebrating. He started off with a very normal and humble background in West Delhi colony and has made his way to the top. His most recent achievement being the wins at Tests, ODIs and T20Is as the team captain.

He shared a very touching video on Instagram which had a glimpse of his journey and said that even though the path he chose was hard, it was worth it. The video starts with the tragic news of his father's death. Kohli's father passed away when he was still in his teens and was already a superstar. The loss left a big void in his life but he still managed to get back on the cricket field and defeated Karnataka who were playing against Delhi. The video takes us back into another flashback which shows Kohli enjoying some quality time with his dad and finally wearing the shirt for India the very first time in 2008. Some of his achievements listed in the video are him being the fastest player in the world to score 6000 ODI runs, being honored with Arjuna Award in 2013 , scoring the fastest ODI century and finally being named as the Indian captain. The captain has definitely inspired millions with this touching video.
