Stop Wastage of Food

Waste of food or food, discarded or lost food, because the food can't be eaten. This is done at any and many times during farming, production, processing, food marketing, and food processing. Loss of food is a problem because it is food; it means the loss of resources such as water, food, soil, and investment. Loss of food, leading to failure. This means that the world's poorest people are deprived of food, and the cost of food at lower prices has skyrocketed. Food became a problem because many people do not eat, and they starve, and those who are tired are not the same. Most of the time, we should know that the most exciting products in the world are:

1. Bread

2. Milk

3. Potatoes

4. Fresh fruit

5. Meat

How can you stop food waste?

India is a country where most people do not have enough food. Worldwide, about 5 million children die each year as a result of hunger and malnutrition. In a world of abundance, a large number of people go from desire to death. This is because there is little food globally, but it is because of all those people who have something to eat, a lot, and those who have not. Stop wasting food so that there is enough food for everyone, and the fake world government is not in a position to ensure that all children have access to food.

So how can you cope with the loss of food at home?

  1. Shop Wisely — Buy what you need to plan for how long it will take to complete. Make a list. Some foods will be stored for a long time, such as rice, pulses (legumes). And some live in it for a short time, for example, fruits, vegetables, milk, and bread.
  2. Food stores can be beneficial. Some foods, such as rice, vegetables, and grains, can be damaged by prolonged exposure to air. They will collect moisture and infected insects. Use it in airtight containers, in a container, cover with a lid, and store
  3. Residual reaction - Place peeled potatoes and peeled vegetables by throwing them in your garden, along with nutrient-rich fertilizers. Store a small container of food waste or compost in the kitchen boxes, outside, in the sun, and if possible, to help dispose of waste as quickly as possible.
  4. Boil what you need to be an effective way to reduce food waste (and bridges) to reduce the size of portions, so cook what you need, and you don't have to pour a lot of pasta to feed the army. Wait 15 minutes to see if you are hungry, before returning to the kitchen - you will be amazed at how full you feel.
  5. Have appropriate expiration dates, so you know what it means to be "better" and "used", and it makes a difference between taking out the contents of your fridge and enjoying your lunch and throwing it out of the refrigerator full of whole foods. Make sure the food looks, tastes, and smells good as it is, usually well-prepared and replaced with old ingredients in advance, so that it is not forgotten.
  6. Grow your herbs - Spices, you can make almost any meal taste better, but it can be expensive to buy, and most of the time, it is only part of what we use, and some are soft. A simple herbal garden in the kitchen, in the sense that there is always something new, and you should cut out what is suitable for your kitchen, start with rosemary, parsley, and mint, and see how much you can save some money.
