Effects of Stretching in Long Jump

The aim of this study was to gauge the consequences f stretching exercises on University athletes' performance in the horizontal jump. the main sections of the study were (a) to explore the impact of dynamic stretching exercises on a horizontal jump of athletes; (b) to match the consequences f static stretching and dynamic stretching on horizontal jumping ability. the character the study was experimental and test won't to other information.

A sample of ninety (90) students from the Islamia University of Bahawalpur were drawn which was divided randomly into three groups (a) Control (b) static stretching (c) dynamic stretching. Before the training of all subjects, the e-test got anding Broad Jump and 7 step jump.

The Control group followed their daily routine life as was common, the remainder of o groups one as engaged in static stretching and the other was in dynamic stretching. On the bottom of results, it is often concluded that there's a robust statistical difference in the performance of the control group and the static stretching group. Similarly, there was a statistically strong difference in performance among the experimental group and the control group.

Data further identified that there's significant variation between the results of the static stretching group and the dynamic stretching group. It also can be said that the component of dynamic stretching has a more positive and significant effect on performance than static stretching. It's recommended that gently. Dynamic stretching exercises improve the extent of fitness specifically it helps to enhance the most component speed and agility which should be performed in a set of 8-12 repetitions.
