Movement is a gift from God. Walking is the way we relish that gift. Walking is the most basic movement. A slow walk for 80 minutes daily has many benefits, it not only maintains energy in the body, but it is also a way to get rid of many diseases or to keep diseases away.

Doctors say that the more a person walks, the more his or her life span increases. Researchers at Cambridge University researched 3,34,000 people, according to which daily walking helps improve health and age.

Walking is not just exercise but a complete exercise which is the release of such hormones that also improve your mood. Stress is also reduced during walking and strength increases. Although it might make you feel a little tired in the first few days, later you will like it, and your stress will also decrease.
