Your Favourite Team In IPL

Cricket in India is the most favorite sport by the audience. Whenever there is a cricket match all the crowd gathers together and enjoys the match. There is a lot of youth who are exceptionally brilliant in cricket but they didn't get a chance to showcase their talent. To promote youth and cricket in 2008 the Board of Cricket Council of India (BCCI) launch the Indian Premier League (IPL) the decision of a BCCI to launch IPL has proved to be right the audience loved IPL And from 2008 till now IPL has had the greatest fan following among the rest of the T20 leagues in the world. IPL is also considered the toughest T20 league in the world and hence the competition between all the teams has been very intense. All eight teams are very fan favorites but the performance of a couple of teams had made them fan favorites and one such team is Chennai Super Kings (CSK) which is my personal favorite IPL team.

Whenever we talk about the most successful teams in IPL we always had to take the name of CSK. CSK is the only team that had qualified for every IPL play-off every year except for 2020 that’s why CSK’s name is taken in the most successful team in IPL. One share of CSK’s success is also given to one of the world’s most successful captains Mahendra Singh Dhoni. From the date IPL launched M. S. Dhoni is the only captain of CSK. Under Dhoni’s captaincy, CSK has won three titles of IPL and also made their way to the final nine times. This record has not been achieved by any other team yet. A major drawback on CSK's image is allegations of match-fixing in the year 2016 and 2017 CSK got banned for two years along with Rajasthan Royals (RR) but it didn’t pull CSK back and make their return in a super kings style and won the title of 2018. And CSK is the team that had also won the most number of Fair play awards that is six times. All these achievements and qualities make CSK the most popular and favorite team of many Indians fans like me.
