A healthy lifestyle involves frequent exercise, a balanced food, self-care, sound sleep patterns, and an active daily schedule. The biggest influence on someone's level of fitness is their lifestyle. A person who leads a sedentary lifestyle is less fit than someone who has a better lifestyle, which also increases lifespan. The state of our health directly affects our personality. A healthy lifestyle tends to make a person more confident, self-assured, gregarious, and active.
One may enjoy and savour all of life's joys with no problems if they lead a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Even the greatest wealth pales in comparison to good health. When one is always unwell, unhappy, or experiencing serious health complications, having all the comforts in the world is useless. A healthy individual sees things objectively and clearly, without bias. He is more successful in life because of his more sensible and rational behaviours and judgements.

Dr. Anupama Sharma Ayurvedic Doctor
Dr. Anupama Sharma Graduated from Delhi University in 1996 in Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine Sciences. She completed a post-graduate certificate course in Garba Sanskaar from the National Institute of Ayurveda in Jaipur in 2019.
She also holds a Diploma in naturopathy and yoga which she completed from Delhi in 1997. Now she is practicing as an Ayurvedic doctor at her clinic in B 39 sector 31 Noida.
She has over fifteen years of experience as a specialist in Gynaecology, skin, and hair related problems.
