In this picture me and my sister is doing Natarajasana, I am doing this because it: 1.It Stretches the chest, shoulders, quadriceps, front body, including the abdomen. 2.it Strengthens upper back, quadriceps, ankles and feet. 3.The pose develops greater strength and flexibility in the body each and every time we practice it.
