Morning is considered to be the best time of the day to exercise, but why so? It is because if one exercise in the morning then that person can start his day full of energy, focus and optimism. Resting: - Resting after every exercise for at least 10-30 seconds is important. For this simply sit in a crossed leg position close your eyes and wait till your desired time chosen completes.
