Arm Wresting – Way to Win

Arm Wresting – Way to Win

Arm wrestling is a sport involving two participants. Each places one arm on a surface with their elbows bent and touching the surface, and they grip each other's hand. Most people see arm wrestling as a battle of strength, but champion arm wrestlers know that technique is critical. To win the game learn to place your right foot forward if you wrestle with your right arm, and vice versa so that your weight will shift from your forward foot to your back foot. After both people bring their hands together, put your thumb underneath your fingers. This will help execute a technique called the top roll. If you have your right foot forward, your right hip will be up against the table. Ensure to

keep your upper arm close to your body to use all the strength. Get your fingers over the nail of your thumb. Then rise your wrist to bend the opponent’s wrist forward, will make your grip stronger, as they struggle to keep their grip. If you can't do this, just keep your wrist straight. Draw your opponent to the corner and pull their hands towards you to get their arm open. Use either the hook technique if you're as strong as your opponent in either forearm strength, bicep strength, or both or the top roll technique that is more about leverage than brute strength. To finish your opponent, rotate your body and position your shoulder with the direction you want your arm to go. In this way, you'll be able to use your shoulder strength and body weight to win.
