The Best Ways to Build Energy in Schools

The Best Ways to Build Energy in Schools
  1. Take the work seriously but don't take yourself too seriously: Your work always deserves to be held high. This is how you can succeed and excel. But that doesn't mean that you need to be strict and disciplines. Having an easy-going nature and a sense of humor always works well in the workplace settings. This makes the environment fun and light to work around. Education is quite tiring emotionally and if we are serious all the time, it might exhaust us and the students easily. Here is a quote that quite sums up this part:

"A sign you have a positive workplace culture is laughter. Just listen to how much laughter there is where you work. Laughter is a very good sign of positivity. You can work hard and still laugh and enjoy your day more"  -  Sam Glenn
  2. Always show appreciation to people around you: It doesn't matter who it is - your boss, your students, your colleagues, a parent - whenever it comes to your mind, you should appreciate the person in front of you. We often have the habit of holding in good thoughts and letting out the bad ones. But it takes little to say the former and costs a lot to say the latter. Saying something nice always has a more positive impact on people than you know.
  3. Remember why you do what you do: There are boring parts of everyone's work. And whenever this part becomes a need, always remember why you stepped into this in first place.
