Day 4 of RBCL began with a pleasant weather. The opening match for the day between The Shri Ram School, Aravalli and Ramjas School, R. K. Puram in the Primary Girl’s Category was a tough competition. Finally, The Shri Ram School won the match by 5 points qualifying for the Semi- Finals.
The weather continued to favour the players with a gentle breeze and a cloudy sky. The next match was the Semi- Finals between R. S. Junior Modern School, Humayun Road, and G. D. Goenka, Dwarka in the Primary Boys Category. However, towards the end of the match rain played a spoil sport. Mr. Prateek, Coach, and players of R. S. Junior Modern School were thrilled after winning the game.
Riya, Captain, The Shri Ram School, Aravalli, was super excited after her team scored a victory. She said that it was a miracle that her team had qualified for the Finals. She, displayed true Sportsman spirit by congratulating and appreciating the efforts put in by the rival team.
Mr. Prateek, Coach, R. S. Junior Modern School, said that they had been participating in the Tournament since 2013. He proudly added that his Primary Boys had lifted the Trophy in 2015. He added that this year too they were eyeing the Trophy after qualifying for the Finals.
In the last match for the day, Montfort School, Ashok Vihar defeated Step by Step, Noida by 13 points.
