The job scenario in India has been undergoing a rapid change in the last few years. By 2022, it is expected that almost 37% of the workforce in India would be in jobs that will require changed skill sets. Novelty and innovation drive the modern world.
Years ago, career professionals were limited to doctors, engineers, lawyers, and those in government jobs, which has expanded to numerous sciences, and commerce options. However, the most exciting part of this ‘transformation of careers’ is its future. What now, what next?
However, as we dream about what might be there in our career journey in the future, let’s look at careers that are paving the path for the transformation.

  1.  Ethical Hacking: While business today is going digital, and limitless access to anyone who wishes harm. Many multinationals employ ethical hackers to protect the organization’s sensitive, and confidential information.
  2. Creative Writing: Creative writers develop content that connects, engages, and holds the reader’s attention. In a knot with the media industry and other genres 
  3.  App Development: App developers use programming to create software that matches the client’s requirements and simplify the functioning of their businesses.
  4. Blogging: A blogger develops blog posts that connect with the audience. They are usually a medium of self-expression, where the bloggers express their opinions, beliefs, and understanding, but some write for organizations as well, where they detail the business and its offerings.
  5. Social- Media Management: Social media managers build on this, and brand your products in the virtual space, because when the world is online, why shouldn’t your business be?
  6.  Wildlife conservation: Wildlife conservationists work in the natural habitat of the wildlife they seek to conserve, and often protect, maintain, and enhance it. They also study the causes for extinction of certain species, and design campaigns and strive to protect those, on the verge of extinction.
  7. YouTubing: Youtubers create YouTube channels and video blogs to build subscribers overtime. They publish unique content that can attract the new generation and can easily feel connected and may range from documentaries, music videos, web series, music covers, cooking, fashion, and more.
  8.  Stand-up Comedy: As Indian television moving on from Daily soaps and exploring other genres, the demand for stand -up Comedy is surely on the boom. Moreover, the culture of live comedy shows and online videos is on the rise as well.
