The Death of Serbian-American Inventor

It was during the period ofWorld War II a Serbian-American was found dead in January 1943 in a hotel room in New York City. His name was Nikola Tesla and he was an inventor. During the World War II Tesla claimed he had invented a powerful particle-beam weapon called the “Death Ray”.

It was invaluable at that time as a massive conflict was going on. The representatives of the U.S government’s Office of Alien Property seized many documents that were related to his work. The documents and the research was a risk for the U.S government so it swooped in andseized all the property and documents from his hotel room.The mystery is what happened to the files that contained research from there and what was there in the files no one knows. Some 250 pages of Tesla-related documents were declassified by the FBI under the act Freedom of Information Act in 2016. In March 2018 two additional releases were declassified. Although few files are disclosed to the people many of them are yet missing and many questions are unanswered.After three weeks of Tesla’s death an electrical engineer was tasked to evaluate Tesla’s paper work. According to the declassified files, Dr. John G. Trump reported that his analysis showed Tesla’s efforts to be “primarily of a speculative, philosophical and promotional character” and said the papers did “not include new sound, workable principles or methods for realizing such results. The rest is a mystery.
