How To Be Happy When Everything Goes Wrong
General News | Jun-07-2020
Just Imagine, you have your test today and you have missed your bus and you are not even ready to leave, so in short, you are extremely late. Finally, somehow you manage to get a taxi and go to your school but, you find a huge traffic jam on the road and you are stuck in between. Now, what will you do, most people in such situations start crying and think that 'oh no! I'm late, I'm late, I'm never gonna make it in time.' So you already know that you are late but still, you keep on saying the same thing again and again. Do you forget things so quickly that you repeat things many times? Anyhow, you finally reach your school, but you are so exhausted that even after knowing everything you don't perform well in your test and your whole day goes in vain. But rather than thinking that "I'm late", if you would have utilized that time in revising for your test and thinking 'I'll make it' or 'I'll reach on time', then obviously you would have been late but at least you were not exhausted, you performed well in your test and last but not the least, your one wrong action in the morning didn't let your whole day go in vain. So right now I illustrated an example to make you realize the power of your thoughts.
There is a beautiful poem named -'The Guest House' written by 'Jelaluddin Rumi'. The poet beautifully symbolizes our heart as a guest house and all the feelings as the guests. The poet says that though these feelings are uninvited or no matter how much chaos they cause but, just like a guest they are certain to leave one day. Be it happiness, jealousy, sorrow, cheerfulness, or confidence, they are never permanent, they are all for sure to leave. Always think that this time will pass too.
When you look at your problems and feel dissatisfied, you will continue to attract feelings of dissatisfaction because the law mirrors back to you exactly what you are holding.
Author Rhonda Byrne has written a series of 'The Secret' which states about a law of life, a law that can bring you abundance, a law that can make you the happiest person the Earth, a law that can help you manifest all your thoughts - "The Law Of Attraction".
'Life isn't happening to you, life is responding to you. You receive everything in your life based on what you've given'. Your thoughts are the most powerful weapon that you have. You can get whatever you want if you have full faith in your - Universe. Yes, each and every person in this world has his universe. This universe is not the galaxy one, it's the universe of your thoughts which has mirror all around it. If a thought has a very high frequency that means if you're thinking one thing again and again and if you've full faith then that thing is guaranteed to happen. But, if there is any kind of doubt in your mind then your universe will assume that you don't want that thing to happen or you are not sure whether you want it or not. So, overall she has tried to say that you don't need any reason to be happy. It's all in your mind. You can be happy even when everything goes wrong if you've good thoughts.
Always have hope and trust in the almighty because he never does anything wrong to a good person unless Karma plays its role. Keep going no matter what happens. Your thoughts are the primary cause of everything. Your imagination is an extremely powerful tool. Instead of focussing n the problems, give your attention and energy to trust.
Worrying does not take away tomorrow's troubles, it takes away today's peace!
