General News | Dec-14-2020
Laughter is the word itself describes its meaning of happiness. As we say that stay happy always or keep laughing, it will make you healthy and cure your diseases too. It is considered the best medicine to cure any disease. Laughter makes you feel good. One cannot feel angry, anxious or sad when laughing. It gives us positive vibes and fights against negative vibes. It pushes out the negative thoughts out of our body and makes us happy and healthy. It is usually a good thing which lowers blood pressure, reduces stress hormones etc. It burns calories as it is observed that if you laugh 15 minutes a daily, it will burn 10 to 40 calories per day. Even many people all over the world try to spread happiness in many forms. Many children are depressed today for many reasons and, some of them suicide too. We can see many children, youth or adults who are not happy for some reasons. We should know the meaning of laughter, that plays a crucial role in our lives. We can make people laugh who are sad. It will help them and us also. If we see any person crying or he/she is sad, we should make them understand that crying is not good for us! We shall laugh often. We should pretend that we are happy we are not having any worries after that we will forget that we pretend something. This line gives a big message which should be followed by us. I will conclude my wordings by saying that never be sad, keep laughing.
