Life In Space

The space station is home to astronauts, here also there are four walls and a roof, the sleeping place has been made, it is exactly like a phone booth. Astronauts keep their books, laptops, clothes in this room as it is their little office. Astronauts told that as soon as they go into space, their body starts changing. On earth, we keep the body by the feet, but in space, this is not the case. There the whole body becomes light and starts flying. Due to this, there is a lot of trouble in even small routine tasks like brushing to bathing. It is not at all easy for a common man to experience the life of space, scientists or astronauts experience space life only for a few days during space missions. Although we can't imagine life in space, some people are up for the adventure. While some people don't want to do that, they certainly want to know about life in space. You can see the sunrise every 90 minutes while in space, this makes it very difficult for astronauts to sleep. This is due to the absence of normal night and day shifts, to get rid of this problem the managers of the international space station (ISS) have come up with a new way. He gives astronauts a 24-hour Earth-based schedule to keep their activities as earth-friendly as possible.

More than 200 researchers from around the world are currently studying the world's only twin astronauts Scott Kelly and Mark Kelly. Meanwhile, the Kelly brother's lifestyle, ability to fight disease, vision, bone structure, DNA, and how gut bacteria work are being investigated and reviewed. This is being done because NASA is working on one such project. Sleeping in a spacecraft is q2uite a challenge, astronauts have to work very hard to sleep. They have to sleep in a bunk blindfolded so that he can swim and not bump around. Personal grooming in space is never easy; astronauts carry special grooming kits and put them on the spacecraft. NASA today succeeded in discovering a solar system named 'TRAPPIST-ONE' with seven earth-sized planets. Water can be available in the planets of this solar system located only 40 light-years away from earth. Scientists say that these planets have the possibility of life like aliens. It takes at least 2-3 days for an astronaut to come out of the fragility of space. The absence of gravity in space leads to weakness and it happens to everyone who goes into space.
