In our day-to-day life we do things for livelihood and to do many things whether it is of our school work, office work or whether household work. To complete all these day-to-day work or tasks we take immense stress and pressure on us which results in different diseases such as headache, eyes pain, etc.
Because of doing all these different kinds of work, our health gets affected and we get many mental illness diseases. To prevent all these kinds of diseases we should do some exercises which will reduce our stress and freshen up our mind. There are many activities and exercises which get our relax and release our stress and also keep our mind free. But the most simple and enjoyable activity or exercise, in my opinion, is riding a bicycle. Riding a bicycle is also a very good habit. Let us take a brief look at why the riding bicycle is a good habit.
Riding a bicycle is a good habit because when we ride a bicycle our different body muscles get to stretch and by bicycling in an open area in the morning time we get fresh air from the environment. It is enjoyable also because we can go on a bicycling trip with our friends too which results in maintaining our health and with friends we don't get tired quickly. Riding a bicycle is a good habit because it is good for our health and it is a mode of doing exercise. Riding a bicycle also helps in releasing the stress and pressure from us. By riding a bicycle our mind also gets relaxed. It is also helpful in digesting our food and maintaining our good health. Bicycle is also environment-friendly vehicle it does not emit any kind of pollutants which harm the environment which tells that bicycle is non-polluted vehicle. A bicycle does not occupy much space for parking and we can park bicycles anywhere. While riding a bicycle pedaling the pedals makes our muscles get stretched which makes our body flexible. Students who live near to school should go to school by bicycle. By riding a bicycle in the early morning the student gets fresh air which freshens up their mind and helps to focus on their studies. In many countries, people go to their jobs by bicycle. Bicycle is also cheap vehicle than other such as scooters, bikes, cars, etc. Riding a bicycle is also a good habit because it does not produce cacophonic voices which are unpleasant to our ears. Bicycles do not need petrol or diesel which helps in saving our natural resources such as petrol, diesel, etc. Riding a bicycle is also a safer vehicle than bikes, scooters, etc. By riding a bicycle we reduce the danger of road accidents. By doing regular bicycling our body muscles get stretched which helps in the growth of our body. Bicycle is also cheap and low maintenance vehicle than other vehicles.
In these ways riding a bicycle is a good habit.
