Sports Help in Uplifting Our Mental Well-being

Why is the present generation of kids is sad, shy or lack social skills ? The main reason behind this is because kids keep their eyes glued to their screens. They are not aware of their surroundings or they are present physically but mentally keep thinking about what their friends will comment on their recent posts. Why and how have kids become like this, and why isn't anyone able to help them! The reason is easy not enough playgrounds for kids to play are there because the empty lands are been filled with buildings. And when one fights people say sports is not important. Well, they are absolutely in wrong sports or any physical audaciticity is important for a kids mental health because while performing such activities happy hormones like dopamine is being secreted. This helps the kids be calm and concentrate on their studies. Playing sports lifts the burden from their shoulders. The burden of school work, many teachers while giving tons of homework often say," You can do it, after all, all you do is stay glued to your electronic devices". But if we have open areas the kids can get out of their rooms go play breath in fresh oxygen , their muscles will get stronger their body will get healthier. Playing sports helps kids interact with others face to face helping them to improve their public speaking as a result they fell more confident while standing on a stage. They will learn teamwork helping them guide their team in the near future thus making them more confident. Sports is something if a kid is deprived off he/she will not be able to achieve success. Sport has a positive impact on the lives of kids and it will help them in future. There is a quote that is close to my heart that says, " Sports is the preserver of life". Sports is life, without sports there is no life.
